Interested supplier should provide the following documents along with the offer:
1-Previous experience in relevant training (MHPSS training and developing a manual or guidelines). (personnel CVs and previous relevant work)
2-Level of previous experience in the MHPSS field with the NGOs and local authorities (level and years of relevant and progressive experience)
3- The scientific background of the individual who will conduct the training (graduation certificates)
4- Financial bid (scored based on inverse proportionality), Supplier profile, registration, ID of owners
