YEP Construction Tender
Samaritan’s Purse – Iraq invites all companies and contractors to participate in tendering to preform multiple constructions for its project in Ba’adre area.
Companies and contractors are to participate in attending the tender meeting and submit a Sealed Quote Bid for consideration.
Brief Project Description:
With this call for tender, Samaritan’s Purse intends to engage the services of a contractor to complete project’s works.
Instructions:
- A meeting will be held by Samaritan’s Purse will be on, 30-Apr-24 at 10:30 AM.
- The meeting will be held in Ba’adre. Samaritan’s Purse staff will be present during the meeting to clarify the work and answer questions. See below for the meeting location.
- Attending the meeting will be mandatory for all interested The bid documents will only be distributed to the companies who attend the meeting.
- Meeting and site visit location:
- Ba’adre, Duhok. Before the checkpoint.
- GPS (36.736098, 43.248656)
- Interested companies MUST also complete the site visit of the location at Ba’adre and complete understanding of the Scope of Work prior to sending the formal bid to Samaritan’s Purse.
- Interested companies should send their engineers for the technical part of the meeting.
- Instructions will be given at the meeting on where to submit bids as well as submission
- The attached scope of work will provide an initial explanation about the project.

تدعو منظمة سامريتنس بيرس – العراق، جميع الشركات والمقاولين للمشاركة في مناقصة مشاريع بناء مختلفة في منطقة باعذرى. يجب على الشركات والمقاولين المشاركة في حضور اجتماع المناقصة وتقديم عطاء مختوم للنظر فيه.

مع هذه الدعوة لتقديم العطاءات، تعتزم سماريتانس بيرس الاستعانة بخدمات مقاول لاكمال مشاريع المناقصة.
التعليمات:
- سيعقد اجتماع من قبل سماريتانس بيرس يوم 30– نيسان – 2024 الساعة 10:30 صباحا.
- سيعقد الاجتماع في موقع المشروع بمنطقة باعذرى. سيكون موظفو سماريتانس بيرس حاضرين خلال الاجتماع لتوضيح
العمل والاجابة على الاسئلة. انظر أدناه لمعرفة موقع االجتماع.
- سيكون حضور االجتماع إلزاميا لجميع الشركات المهتمة. سيتم توزيع وثائق المناقصة فقط على الشركات التي تحضر الاجتماع.

– عنوان المشروع: دهوك – باعذرى قبل السيطرة.

- يجب على الشركات المهتمة أيضا إكمال زيارة موقع العمل في باعذرى لفهم أفضل وكامل لنطاق العمل قبل إرسال العطاء الرسمي إلى سماريتانس بيرس.
- يجب على الشركات المهتمة إرسال مهندسيها لتغطية الجزء التقني من الاجتماع.
- سيتم إعطاء التعليمات في الاجتماع حول مكان تقديم العطاءات والمواعيد النهائية للتقديم.
- سيقدم نطاق العمل المرفق شرحًا أوليًا للمشروع.
