We are seeking a motivated Youth Health Worker to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality health and well-being services to young people: You will foster capacity to manage and maintain better health and wellbeing outcomes on an individual and group basis.
Provide health and well-being promotion and preventative services. Support access to centre based youth health services where appropriate.
The Youth Health Service Team:
- Are you an Allied Health professional who is fuelled by the desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals?
- You will work as a member of a small multi-disciplinary team providing individual, group and health promotion services to young people aged 12-24.
- Join our dynamic, client centred environment working with other Primary Health Teams, including Community Social Work and Health Promotion.

The role:

Details of Appointment
Fixed term, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as we can onboard you until 24 December 2024.
*Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary: $71,441 to $107,878 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
- Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
