UNDP-ZWE-00871 Zavaru Base Relocation

Please note that the site visits will be done in protected areas where the group will be led and escorted by officials from the protected areas. On this note, all prospective bidders are required to indicate their interest to attend the site visits by COB 11^th of July 2024 for logistics. The communication must be sent to ckatsande@zimparks.org.zw cc johannes.katsande1@undp.org and mavambo.zingambe@undp.org and should indicate names of people attending, vehicle registration number and their contact details for ease of planning and coordination.

UNDP hereby invites prospective bidders to submit bids for the UNDP-ZWE-00871 Zavaru Base Relocation in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in the Invitation to Bid (ITB):

Bidders must attend the mandatory site visits to be eligible to submit bids. The dates and times for the site visits are indicated in the Section 3 of the ITB (Data Sheet).
