Your new role:

As a Concierge you will be the first point of contact for all customers, managing guest requests, serving beverages and consumables and maintaining and stocking amenities ensuring the lounge and facilities are clean and free of debris.

You will be required to transport guests and customers to and from the airport terminal and hotels and assist crew with loading and unloading baggage. You will be required to identify crew members, guests, visitors, and business partners in accordance with the Company’s security procedures, as well as assisting the Operations Officers with administrative duties where required.

About You:

Prior hospitality and/or customer service experience is a requirement for this role. You will need to have excellent personal presentation required with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a passion for people and desire to provide a first-class customer experience. You must be able and willing to lift luggage as required. It is essential that you are able to provide 5 years references in order to obtain an Airside Pass as well as holding a full UK driving license.
