Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine on Open Recruitment of Medical Talents and Postdocs

Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine (ZJHCM) houses complete facilities for medical treatment including rehabilitation and health care, medical education, and scientific research, covers extensive departments, with obvious advantages of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Modern medicine. It has 3500 medical staff and 2060 inpatient beds, will reach to 4600 beds by 2026. It also provides clinical training and research projects for more than 4000 medical students (including 700 master and doctoral candidates) in universities. The hospital has three key TCM laboratories at national level and three at provincial level.

Now, we are seeking talents, including but not limited to, clinicians, researchers, and post-doctors, and have sustained record of excellence in one or more of the following areas:

1. Clinical Services
2. Teaching and Learning
3. Research (Medicine, Bio-medicine, Traditional Chinese medicine, Health Science, Translational and/or clinical research)

You should possess a qualification in medicine, teaching, and research. Post-doctor should possess a doctor’s degree of no more than 3 years and be no more than 35 years old. And you will be performing clinical duties at one or more of our five hospitals. You may also be allowed to carry out experiments at a hospital or university.

ZJHCM offers a competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. The mid-point of the basic salary range of our clinical doctors at different ranks are as follows:

• Postdoctoral fellows: RMB 350,000 ~ per year
• Resident doctor: RMB 180,000 ~ per year
• Attending doctor: RMB 280,000 ~ per year
• Associate professor: RMB 350,000 ~ per year
• Clinical Professor: RMB 500,000 ~ per year

In addition, you will receive talent subsidy, housing benefit, reward for scientific research, necessary research fund, on-call allowance (if applicable) and five social insurance and one housing fund. Relocation assistance will be provided to mainland and overseas appointees to move to Hangzhou and settle in.
