YOUR ROLE:

• Deploying and configuring Zscaler components according to security policies.

• Managing security policies for web filtering, threat prevention, and user authentication.

• Monitoring the Zscaler platform for security incidents and performance issues.

• Providing troubleshooting and support for Zscaler-related issues.

• Implementing changes to the Zscaler platform following change management processes.

• Maintaining documentation and generating reports on system performance and security events.

• Conducting training sessions to promote proper utilization of the Zscaler platform.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Strong experience and expertise in implementing and managing Zscaler’s cloud security platform.

• In-depth knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, and technologies, cloud computing, network infrastructure, and routing protocols.

• Proficient in designing and deploying complex security architectures.

• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications, such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator (ZCCA) or Zscaler Certified Cloud Expert (ZCCX), are preferred.
