About this position

- The Front Office/Office of the CIO team is responsible for the formulation and oversight of the IT strategy, communications and change management (internal & external), budget & administration, and special projects. As part of the communications and CM team (Outreach Team) you will develop and implement all aspects of communications initiatives and campaigns.
What you’ll do:
- The Outreach Team is looking for an organized, dedicated, hands-on professional who follows through and is eager to develop strategic communications and change management projects.
Strategic communications
- Develop and implement strategic communications campaigns for a targeted or Bank-wide audience to adopt a technology or promote a product and/or service.
- Work closely with different teams inside the department to assess, propose, recommend and implement the best communication strategy and tactics for a project.
- Manage the content for the ITE website, email marketing, and other electronic communications systems.
- Design and maintain SharePoint websites (Modern Template).
- Design visual (banners, email templates) and/or audiovisual assets for the department.
- Contribute to the development and execution of best practices, policies, and procedures related to ITE communications.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, engagement activities, Townhalls and talks that will take place online, in person, or in a hybrid format for the department.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging products, platforms, and trends in the field of digital communications, and recommend improvements to the ITE communication initiatives and process automation.
Change Management
- Develop and implement Communications and/or Change Management strategies for new solutions, tools and processes.
- Provide support to the project team or team leader in developing stakeholder/partner relationships with the business, creating engagement, understanding, buy-in, and support.
- Follow and implement our change management process to drive adoption in each project.
- Implement processes and mechanisms for measuring the effectiveness of the change and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and support the development and dissemination of communications and training materials when requested, and present key communications and training items to specific audiences.
Event coordination
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external events, engagement activities, Townhalls and talks that will take place online, in person, or in a hybrid format for the department.
- Assist in organizing internal workshops and training sessions in collaboration with external vendors and speakers.
- Other activities, as agreed with the supervisor.
What you’ll need
- Education: Bachelors’ degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in communications.
- Experience: communication, change management, advertising, marketing, international development or related field, preferably with emphasis on communications or media relations. Minimum of three to four years of relevant work experience, preferably in designing and implementing communication and media strategies. Comfortable or familiar with Agile methodology.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.

Remuneration SB-3/3 (UNDP Brazil Salary Scale) The supervisor will receive an amount of BRL 19.081,92 to be paid in three (3) instalments upon the presentation and approval of the following products: ● Payment 1 (33,34%): Upon delivery and approval of Product 1 (BRL 6.360,64) ● Payment 2 ((33,33%): Upon delivery and approval of Product 2 (BRL 6.360,64) ● Payment 3 (33,33%): Upon delivery and approval of Product 3 (BRL 6.360,64). Appointment against this post is on a local basis and only nationals from Brazil or external candidates who hold a permanent visa in Brazil may apply.
