Salary / Rate of pay: £56,000 (£54,000 + £2,000 per annum guaranteed service charge + Quarterly GP Bonus £4k per annum)Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this Luxury award winning country house hotel in Guildford, Surrey which is surrounded by beautiful Grounds situated close to a main train link taking you straight into London. we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead their 2AA rosette restaurant.What’s in it for you?

As the Head Chef, you will work as part of a culinary team of 8. You will need to provide culinary excellence, ensuring that the expectations are met. Providing pro-active business-driven leadership to the Kitchen team, whilst assuming overall responsibility for their daily operational effectiveness. Drive a commitment to excellence in the service provided whilst achieving optimum profitability.
