Clean the High Commission premises to provide a clean and healthy working environment
Roles and Responsibilities
Clean High Commission Office Complex (approx. 55%)
- Sweep & mop floor in foyer, foyer entrance and vacuum carpeted areas throughout the office.
- Dust and polish all surfaces, including doors, picture frames, mirrors, window ledges, keyboards and monitors
- Clean interior and exterior glass partitions
- Wash and store dishes (Official meetings/L&D)
- Empty waste from all bins
- Ensure sufficient toilet paper and hand wash in all bathrooms and paper towels in kitchens
- Water potted plants
- Regular cleaning of microwaves and fridges
- Regular cleaning of water coolers
Clean Guard huts at Residence and Office (approx. 15%)
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean glass partitions
- Clean bathrooms and ensure sufficient toilet paper and hand wash in each
- Regular cleaning of microwaves and fridges
- Regular cleaning of water cooler
Clean garage kitchen, toilets and bathrooms (approx. 12%)
- Sweep and mop floors in bathroom and shower area
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean bathroom and showers and ensure sufficient toilet paper and hand wash in each
- Regular cleaning of microwave and fridge
- Regular cleaning of water cooler
Clean Clubhouse, and Pool area and bathrooms (approx. 9%)
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dust and polish all surfaces
- Regular cleaning of water cooler
- Wash dishes as requested (Official meetings/L&D)
- Clean patio and pool bathrooms and ensure sufficient toilet paper and hand wash in each
- Clean deck chairs and tables
Clean Gardeners’ toilet (approx. 9%)
- Sweep and mop floors
- Dust all surfaces
- Clean bathroom and ensure sufficient toilet paper and hand wash
Other: Undertake any reasonable cleaning tasks as requested by senior management. This may include, but not be limited to, cleaning of the High Commissioner’s Residence. Allocations of above tasks may change based on demand.
