About the opportunity
As a Care and Recovery Clinician you will provide high quality engagement, assessment, treatment and support services to individuals and their families during the course of their Alcohol and Other Drug treatment plan.
Working as part of a dynamic team, you will ensure a consistent catchment-wide response to clients requiring AOD treatment and support across various AOD service streams; Intake and Assessment, Counselling, Care Coordination, Non Residential and Residential Withdrawal, Residential Rehabilitation and Youth services.

About you
Ideally you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a health or welfare related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Allied Health Sciences
- A Certificate IV in AOD or have completed the core competencies (or willingness to complete within the first 24 months of employment)
- Competencies in dual diagnosis (or willingness to complete within the first 24 months of employment)
- Experience in the application of assessment, case management, case formulation, development of individual treatment plans and discharge planning
- Demonstrated experience working with complex and/or dual diagnosis clients
