Wadkins Associates are working with a leading financial institute to assist their search for an Aviation Finance Lawyer in Germany.The company are a highly respected player in the aviation industry, known for their strong presence in international markets. The team are comprised of seasoned professionals who deliver tailored legal solutions to airlines, lessors and financial institutions.The work will centre around providing expert legal counsel on asset financing, such as aircraft and helicopter financing. In addition to this, you will work on joint venture and corporate financing, while also reviewing security documents. You will collaborate closely with teams across origination, credit and legal functions to ensure seamless deal execution.Advantages of this role include:
