The role will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant (EA) to facilitate and support the Insurance, Pensions and Investments strategy, including ensuring we provide an outstanding service to our customers.As the BSM, you’ll work in partnership with the EA to enable the smooth running of the Executive Office. You’ll be responsible for responding on behalf of COO on a various issues, effectively managing the collation of inputs across the team and facilitating timely and robust decision making to drive the delivery of strategic outputs. In turn, you’ll develop strong partner management across a varied group, working closely with a variety of IP&I teams and partners to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.This role provides an excellent opportunity to be right at the heart of the future of our business.
