We look for employees who exemplify these values to join us and help drive our growth.For more information, please visitThe RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial team as a Client Reporting Analyst. In this position, you will play a vital role in the production and delivery of monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while managing a variety of stakeholders.You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, coordinating data extraction from various databases, and providing insightful analysis, ensuring CT meets its client SLA/KPI reporting requirements. Additionally, you will interact with internal staff to gather requirements, prioritise tasks, and communicate client needs effectively.Your role will also involve the coordination of and compiling of ‘Request for Information’ documents and responses to client Due Diligence questionnaires, ensuring they are presented professionally and accurately. You will coordinate the preparation of responses, managing all aspects of the tender process to meet deadlines.The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain key internal relationships are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to have a full understanding of the data, systems and client requirements, using this knowledge to take ownership of producing and delivering a number of monthly and quarterly reports, for delivery to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
