This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Uxbridge, UK office.Job SummaryThe Contracts Manager – International is responsible for working proactively as a liaison and
business partner with the global enterprise sales and services organizations to facilitate the
revenue generation and legal review processes. The position will provide legal support to internal
clients at all levels for Imprivata’s international commercial operations and day-to-day initiatives.
The position requires a team player who can provide quality work product with minimal supervision
in a very fast-paced, high-energy environment. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Legal
Operations.Duties and Responsibilities
minimize and limit corporate liability, manage risk, and optimize value of contracts. * Identify contractual risks and issues and suggest alternatives that lead to optimalsolutions both independently and in collaboration with other legal team members. * Liaise with US and international finance, sales operations, support and other businessunits at all levels throughout the organization. * Partner with sales & channel team members to ensure that the contracting process isefficient. * Manage the review and negotiation of certain contracts and amendments relating tothe relevant product. * Assist in the completion of public tenders and RFPs.

from a legal and business perspective) are highly valued.Qualifications
and related agreements * Team player with a commitment to developing strong collaborative relationships withlegal colleagues, clients and cross-functional teams * Experience preparing and negotiating software license agreements and othertechnology related agreements. SaaS licensing experience and healthcare
experience is preferred. * Strong contract and legal negotiation skills with experience working with enterprisecustomers and supporting enterprise sales teams. * Ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk and provide concisebusiness-focused legal advice. * Self-motivated, with the ability to manage and regularly prioritize workload to meetdeadlines and adjust to fluctuations in workload. * Possess a practical, real world, collaborative approach to problem solving in thecontext of enterprise sales with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good
judgment. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluency in both German and Englishrequired. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook andcomputer database programs. * Understanding of German procurement law, including The Hospital Future Act.(KHZG), preferred. * Understanding of EU data privacy laws and regulations preferred.At Imprivata, we have a top-notch work environment, developmental opportunities, a competitive total rewards package, and the desire to have fun.
