Job description

Reporting to the Operations Finance EMEA Director, the Cost Improvement Financial Lead will manage and continuously improve the savings agenda in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement across the EMEA region.

Supporting the Transformation programs in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement within EMEA, accountable for the financial target. The Cost Improvement Financial Lead will review the spending, and savings delivered, focusing on refining processes to validate and measure cost savings driven mainly by operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence savings performance monitoring, analyzing, controlling, and improving results.
• Work in collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Procurement teams to identify, validate, and confirm savings.
• Coordinate with the local teams to support and ensure alignment on the calculation of savings and provide accurate reports compliant with the established standards.
• Play a critical role in the validation and confirmation of the Savings Guidelines.
• Improve current savings reporting and tracking tools to communicate results to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Finance in a multinational with a matrix environment
• High level of ability to perform root cause analysis, problem-solving, and plan accordingly to balance multiple responsibilities.
• Exercise a high level of professionalism and communication.
• Strong understanding of Finance and the correlation between financial and technical KPIs
• High level of expertise in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerBI
• Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus.
