Customer Liaison Officer
(Ref: R/CLO/M/241)Permanent, Monday – Friday
37.5 hours per week, 8:30am – 5pm
£24,000 – £26,500 per annumJob Purpose:
The Customer Liaison Officer will be responsible for facilitating communication and collaboration between the Kerbside department and local council areas. This is an office and field-based role and will require collaborative working with council reps and local councillors to resolve narrow access issues, complaints, service delivery issues etc.Essential Criteria:
