تعتزم منظمة كونسيرن العالمية، منح عقد تجهيز مواد لـ تجهيز و تسليم أجهزة لابتوب و شاشات لمنظمة كونسيرن العالمية في اربيل.
The RFQ will be conducted using Concern Worldwide standard bidding documents, open to all qualified Vendors. The Bidding Documents (in English/Arabic) may be downloaded at the following address:
سيتم إجراء طلب عروض الأسعار باستخدام المستندات القياسية المفتوحة لجميع المزودين المؤهلين. يمكن جمع مستندات العطاء (باللغة الإنجليزية / العربية) من قبل جميع مقدمي العروض المهتمين على العنوان التالي:

Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.
تحتفظ كونسيرن بالحق في قبول أو رفض أي عرض قبل منح العقد واحالة العطاء، وإلغاء اعلانات العطاءات ورفض جميع العروض في أي وقت
Concern will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to Concern.
