What You Will Do:
As the Education Coordinator, you will provide essential leadership in the daily facilitation of Environmental Science (ESCI) and Coastal Camp programs, working closely with the Education and Camp teams to ensure that all programs run smoothly and participant needs are met. YOu will drive educator development and program quality by designing training materials, maintaining supplies, and mentoring staff through guest teaching, peer observations, and informal coaching. Additionally, you will provide critical support by remaining on standby, assisting with emergency response, and refining curriculum focused on science, equity, stewardship, and social-emotional learning.
This position takes place at our campus in Sausalito, CA and cannot be performed remotely.
