Summary of Requirements

“Strengthening Ability of Media Stakeholders to Apply Media Standards and Promote Media Literacy envisages to сo-organize “Media and Reality: Dimensions of Responsibility” seminar jointly with Aspen Institute Kyiv. 

The main objective is to introduce and discuss with the participants (members of media community, public officials, and civil society experts) role of the press and its impact on sustainability of Ukraine’s democracy, establishment of good governance in times of the war. Seminar participants will also consider and discuss the principle of freedom of speech: philosophical meaning, practical impact and limitation. Therefore, the SPU requires a hotel and/or conference service company to provide services and relevant support for organizing the event as required and described in Terms of Reference.
