Introduction :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Philippines is actively seeking a hotel facility in Davao City, Philippines that can provide the following requirements:

Date: 11-14 December 2023

Location: Davao City, Philippines

Time: whole day

Round-table set up (with centerpiece)

Meals – AM/PM Snacks, Lunch, Dinner

LCD projector and projection screen

Microphones

Flipchart and whiteboard

Conference notepad and pens

Secretariat tables

Single and twin-sharing room accommodation (with complimentary breakfast)

Kindly refer to the attached event checklist for the detailed breakdown of the event requirements. Your VAT-exclusive quotation should be submitted no later than Wednesday, 6 December 2023.
