The Role:
Reporting to the CEO and being part of the ELT, in this newly created, influential role you will build an effective team of leaders, measure performance, support diversity & inclusion, apply corporate governance principles, and drive innovation and quality improvement. You will provide leadership and oversight across:
- People & Culture
- Administration
- Marketing, Communications & Engagement
- Facilities & Maintenance
- Quality, Risk & Safeguards
The Person:
To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
- direct experience in providing strategic leadership, influencing planning and directing the above service support functions
- the ability to inspire, ensure accountability and set agreed performance objectives with back office teams and utilise strong analytical skills to monitor service support functions
- strong financial skills and demonstrated experience in managing budgets across multiple service lines
- knowledge and understanding of the NDIS is desirable
The Offer:
A salary of circa $170K plus superannuation, commensurate with experience, is offered. In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging and flexible working arrangements are available.
