Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT) seeks an organized, collaborative, and mission-driven individual with a passion for agricultural land conservation and nonprofit administration to serve as our Grants Manager. Job responsibilities include: managing OAT’s growing portfolio of grants and programs; writing and managing grants for funding opportunities; ensuring compliance with funder requirements and accurate financial reporting; facilitating connections across OAT’s programs and partnerships; and supporting long-range program design and implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT) is a statewide, 501(c)(3) nonprofit land trust that partners with farmers and ranchers to protect agricultural lands for the benefit of Oregon’s economy, communities, and landscapes. We work collaboratively with regional and statewide partners to permanently protect farm and ranch land in priority geographies within Oregon.

Compensation: $75,000-$78,000 DOE, plus generous benefits
Reports To: Deputy Director
Status: Full-time, Exempt
Location: OAT staff work remotely with periodic in-person meetings around Oregon
Core Accountabilities
The Grants Manager will play a critical role in supporting OAT’s growing programs by ensuring effective management and coordination of private, state, and federal grants, as well as subcontracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in grant administration, financial reporting, and program management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
