WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Two people to support singles/couples to access short term accommodation and proactively assist them to transition to secure housing.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The position support couples and single people to access short term temporary accommodation (including motels) and proactively assist them to transition to secure housing. Duties include the provision of information, advice, referral, advocacy and short term case planning and management.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Reporting into the Outreach Team Leader of HART 4000, you will work alongside and in collaboration with our dynamic HART 4000 Homelessness Intervention Team.
