Coordinate contributions to corporate requests in the Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Project Management Office area;
Coordinate the Enterprise Project Management Office function and provide effective leadership to analysts or architects under his/her coordination;
Conduct costs/benefit analysis, As-Is and To-be situation analysis and gap analysis;
Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance;
Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control and risk;
Contribute to the delivery of Digital Transformation strategy;
Contribute to the Digital-Ready Policy Making processes and to the application of new Digital Strategy principles;
Support the rationalization of IT systems and the management of corporate governance processes;
Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference;
Prepare and moderate meetings with stakeholders;
Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, track activities against the plan and provide regular and accurate reports.
Requirements
University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Minimum 10 years of specific expertise in IT Project Management;
Minimum 10 years of specific expertise in IT Portfolio Management;
Minimum 10 years of specific expertise with Project Management Methodologies (e.g., Prince2, PMI, PM2);
Minimum 10 years of specific expertise in Business Process Analysis;
Minimum 5 years of specific expertise with MS-Project;
Minimum 3 years of specific expertise in Agile;
Minimum 2 years of specific expertise on project on-boarding;
Hands-on experience with Project Management Standards and Methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking);
Hands-on experience with reporting methods;
The following certifications would be considered as an asset: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified in PM2;
