We are working on a brand new role with a tier 1 IP firm in their search for a Legal Assistant to support their IP Solicitor team.The role would suit a recent law graduate who can demonstrate a keen interest in IP.The successful candidate will:

• Undertake legal and commercial research
• Prepare and draft letters and witness statements
• Liaise with authorities (customs and trading standards)
• Conduct preliminary assessments of IP portfolios in support of potential litigation
• Keep files and records up to date
• Maintain awareness of current developments in IP and assist with writing articles
• Assist with preparing presentations
• Take minutes
• Bundling
