About UsHorizon Executive Search International is a leading global executive search firm focused on the Aviation industry.Experienced in all sectors of Aviation we primarily focus on Aviation Leasing companies and Aviation Financiers although we also carry assignments for Law Firms, Airlines, Airports, MRO organisations and other Service Providers.We are currently mandated by a growing aircraft lessor to find a strong legal counsel for this exciting growth position to assist with its expanding its portfolio from a commercial and legal viewpoint.The RoleReporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will be the primary point of contact for managing the negotiation and completion of transactions undertaken by the company.Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading transactions through documentation phase to contract signature and closing.
• Advising, structuring, drafting, negotiating, and executing documentation and contracts for the different transactions they are involved in
• Lead deal teams and coordinate input from the various departments and the company’s external advisors

The PersonIf you have experience in the following areas and love to excel – we would love to hear from you!

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ post qualification experience in England & Wales or Ireland.
• Strong asset finance law background with a leading law firm.
• Experience in managing and negotiating commercial transactions
• Previous experience of managing multiple relationships, balancing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
