Logistics Coordinator – £34,000 pa – Northcote Road, SW11

The Role

Are you adept at communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders across the globe? Can you handle the intricacies of import/export documentation and government reporting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to clients worldwide. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks critical to the success of our business. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with handling import/export documentation, government reporting, and liaising with global logistics partners to facilitate the movement of goods seamlessly across borders. Your meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Excel will be indispensable as you navigate the complexities of international shipping and financial transactions.

Note: This is a dog friendly office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create product sales lists and manage orders for clients worldwide.
  • Manipulate suppliers’ data to facilitate internal and external distribution.
  • Generate shipping manifests and provide detailed packing instructions.
  • Handle end-of-month government reporting for UK/EU and international shipping.
  • Produce import/export documents and proforma invoices.
  • Process orders using various client platforms.
  • Generate and submit sales invoices in multiple currencies.
  • Assist in managing global logistics partners and the movement of goods worldwide.

The Person

  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and data processing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective global liaison.
  • An interest in accounting and finance would be advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Windows and IT.
  • A proactive approach to supporting day-to-day office operations.
