It will take you through three to four work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within Hitachi Energy in a high impact role. During this journey you will encounter many different business segments and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.Your responsibilities

• Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues within the Trainee community and contribute to drive the energy transition in Europe
• Gain broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy’s solution portfolio
• Active participation in trainings to improve personal and technical skills
• Understanding of our company and business unit strategies
• Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives supported by a mentor

Your background

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset is the key
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
• A positive attitude with an innovative and creative mindset
• International mobility required for your assignments
