Title: Marketing & Communications Assistant/Officer

Salary: 22,636 – 24,342 pro rata per annum (depending on experience)

Term: part time, permanent (22.5 hours per week)

Location: East of England, with opportunities for home working

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to support communications and
marketing activity at Groundwork East. Working closely with our Communications and Development
teams, as well as other Trust colleagues, you will produce engaging visual and written content
across multiple channels using relevant industry software to promote the work of the Trust. The
role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities focusing on providing support to help
colleagues meet their project outcomes, milestones and impact as well as building recognition
for the organisation’s work across the East of England. An ability to travel between sites in a
rural location is essential.

With demonstrable experience of writing for a range of audiences and producing engaging visual
content you will need both strong digital and people skills. You will be a confident
communicator and happy to represent the organisation at events across the East of England. Your
work will reflect the dedication and enthusiasm that is key to everything we do. We will make
sure that you are given all the support and guidance you need and you will have the opportunity

your local area.
