Job Summary | The Alabama Cooperative Extension System is seeking a Media Production Specialist, this position is located on the campus of Auburn University. The Media Producation Specialist (graphic designer) will work to elevate our visibility and enhance our brand This position will also bring creative energy and innovative graphic design skills to our talented team. This individual will play a pivotal role in visually communicating the mission and values of Alabama Extension through creative and compelling design solutions. The specialist is part of Extension’s Communications, Strategic Marketing, and Client Relations team and will collaborate with creative services, marketing, and video production units. EXTENSION: The Alabama Cooperative Extension System is the outreach organization for the land grant mission of Alabama A&M University and Auburn University. Its educational programs grow from these two land grant university campuses to serve the people of Alabama. Science-based educational programs are delivered that enable people to improve their quality of life and economic well-being. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Film or Television Production, Computer Graphics or related field Level I- Bachelor’s degree Level II- Bachelor’s degree plus 2 year of experience providing creative, technical, or support services for various medias. Level III– Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience providing creative, technical, or support services for various medias. Level IV- Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience providing creative, technical, or support services for various medias. Substitutions allowed for Experience: Graduate degrees accepted in lieu of experience requirement, at a rate of one year relevant education per year of required experience. Substitutions allowed for Education: 8 years of experience providing creative, technical, or support services for various medias accepted in lieu of education requirement |
