Christian Supply Chain Buying Group: Member Relationship Manager

Are you a natural relationship-builder who loves turning conversations into impact? Do you want to use your sales or business development skills to directly support churches, charities, and Christian organisations across the UK?

At the Christian Supply Chain Buying Group (CSCBG), we help ministries save money on essential goods and services through collective purchasing power. By partnering with trusted suppliers, we negotiate cost-effective deals that release more resources back into ministry and mission – so churches and charities can focus on the communities they serve.

CSCBG is the trading arm of the Christian Residential Network (CRNet) – a long-established association of Christian centres and organisations working in camps, holidays, conferences, retreats, festivals, and outdoor ministry. Since 1986, CRNet has championed the Christian residential experience, supported leaders and teams, and created space for fellowship, networking, and advocacy across the sector.

We’re now seeking a proactive, people-focused Member Relationship Manager to be the friendly first point of contact for our members, driving growth, building partnerships, and helping us expand our impact.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record in business development or sales
  • Confidence in building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A shared commitment to our Christian ethos and statement of faith (this post has an Occupational Requirement to be held by a Christian under the Equality Act 2010)

What we offer

  • £26–28k FTE (pro rata for part-time, 21 hrs/week)
  • Flexible hybrid working (Bletchley Office)
  • Pension + Christmas shutdown
  • The chance to make a tangible difference in a growing organisation

To apply, please request an application pack (including the full job description) by emailing recruitment@crnet.org.uk or calling 01908 477951.

Closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 3rd November with interviews scheduled w/c 19th November.
