Introduction :

SCOPE OF TENDER
The sports team will work with UNDP and a creative director to co-create anti-GBV communication products for social and behavioural change, under the guidance and supervision of the Accelerator Lab.

The specific duties and responsibilities during the assignment will include, but not be limited to, the following:


Participation in the design and release of communication messages:

  • Data Analysis
  • Design Messages 
  • Representation in communication messages
  • Dissemination of communication messages
  • Testing of Messages 

Engagement with Village Elders

·    The Sports Team shall be expected to facilitate outreach of UNDP and its research partner to at least 2 villages for a dedicated set of focus groups. The home villages of at least 2 popular Sport Team players shall be chosen for said field visits. The Sports Team shall accompany UNDP to the villages, to conduct focus group discussions with chiefs and other men from the village after the release of the tailored advocacy and communication products. The Sports Team players shall participate in a discussion on changing attitudes toward gender-based violence.
