Job Summary: Responsible for assisting applicants and customers, receiving and processing orders, sending training materials, maintaining accurate records, and fulfilling other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions:
Manage and respond to incoming calls and emails.
Serve as a professional, welcoming presence to callers.
Provide high quality customer service and timely support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: order receipt, delivery, billing, payment collection, and problem resolution.
Oversee approval, processing, and invoicing of product orders.
Manage Instructor training, including registrations, confirmations, shipping supplies, Instructor agreements, and post training recording-keeping.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving.
Maintain accurate customer and student information in Salesforce and QuickBooks.
Respond to applications, and complete timely and regular follow-up with applicants via phone and email.
Respond to phone and email inquiries from prospects.
Maintain appropriate records, including electronic files and account activity records in Salesforce and SharePoint.
Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to all questions, complaints, and requests.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in administrative support.
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software, particularly Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel) QuickBooks, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, helpful, patient, and friendly attitude.
Able to work independently.
Demonstrated skill with customer service.
