Job Description
The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking to appoint a select number of practitioners with professional skills and experience in the creation of public policy. Appointees complement the School’s teaching, research, and outreach activities.  Full-time appointments at the level of Associate Professor (Practice) or Professor (Practice) will be for an initial period of between one and five years.

The LKY School invites applications for practice track position in the following broad areas:

  • Communications
  • Media/New Media
  • International Relations
  • Regionalism

The LKY School has three Master’s programmes and a variety of Executive Education programs with participants from a wide range of national and professional backgrounds.
Candidates should have more than 6 years of practice experience at a senior level in a managerial, professional or specialist role to be considered for an Associate Professorship in Practice; and more than 10 years of practice experience in a senior management or chief executive position with demonstrable accomplishments in one or more important policy areas to be considered for a Professorship in practice. They must have track record of distinguished service and thought leadership in the practice of public policy.
