Deliverables and Details:

• Conduct regular visits to project sites to assess implementation progress and compliance with program objectives.
• Gather data on agricultural practices, market access, and women’s participation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes related to women’s access to markets and climate-resilient practices.
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training and capacity-building initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local farmers, community leaders, and partner organizations.
• Facilitate communication between program participants and project management.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing findings, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to women farmers in implementing sustainable practices.
• Assist in organizing workshops and training sessions focused on market access and agricultural techniques.
  Ensure that program activities are documented accurately and comply with organizational and donor guidelines.
• Maintain records of participant engagement, training sessions, and market activities.

1 – جراء زيارات منتظمة لمواقع المشاريع لتقييم تقدم التنفيذ والامتثال
لأهداف البرنامج .
2 – جمع البيانات حول الممارسات الزراعية، والوصول إلى الأسواق،
ومشاركة النساء .3 – تتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) والنتائج المتعلقة بوصول
النساء إلى الأسواق والممارسات المقاومة للمناخ .
4 – المساعدة في تقييم فعالية التدريب ومبادرات بناء القدرات .
5 – بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع المزارعين المحليين، وقادة
المجتمع، والمنظمات الشريكة .
6 – تسهيل التواصل بين المشاركين في البرنامج وإدارة المشروع .
7 – جمع البيانات النوعية والكمية من خلال الاستطلاعات والمقابلات
والمجموعات النقاشية .
8 – إعداد تقارير منتظمة تلخص النتائج والتحديات والتوصيات
للتحسين .9 – تقديم الإرشادات والدعم للمزارعات في تنفيذ الممارسات
المستدامة .
10 – المساعدة في تنظيم ورش العمل والجلسات التدريبية التي تركز
على الوصول إلى الأسواق والتقنيات الزراعية .
11 – التأكد من أن أنشطة البرنامج موثقة بدقة وتتوافق مع إرشادات
المنظمة والجهات المانحة

12- الحفاظ على سجلات مشاركة المشاركين، وجلسات التدريب،
وأنشطة السوق

Work and payment procedure:

• The monitor will be working for 6 hours a day (8:00 am-2:00pm) with half-hour break (12:00-12:30 pm), 5 Days/week.
• program field monitor will work in emergency situations, and they will be on call.
• program field monitor will cover the transportation cost inside Al-Basra.
• Mercy Corps will pay the program field monitor on a monthly basis.
• Payment will be made based on signing an approved timesheet from both the contractor and Mercy Corps with the service completion report.

إجراءات العمل والدفع:

• سيعمل مراقب ميداني للبرنامج لمدة 8 ساعات في اليوم ) 8:00
صباحًا – 2:00 صباحًا( مع استراحة لمدة نصف ساعة ) 12:00 –
12:30 مساءً( ، 5 أيام / أسبوع.
• سيعمل مراقب ميداني للبرنامج في حالات الطوارئ ، وسيكونون
تحت الطلب .
• سيتحمل مراقب ميداني للبرنامج تكاليف النقل داخل البصرة أثناء
التنقل .
• ستدفع ميرسي كور على أساس شهري.
• سيتم الدفع بناءً على توقيع جدول زمني معتمد من كل من المتعاقد و
ميرسي كورمع تقرير إكمال الخدمة.
