As our Program Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, logistics and execution of dynamic and meaningful programs that leave lasting impacts on our participants.
Flying Fox runs three core programs. Hangouts; weekly social gatherings, Camps; extended getaways for large groups, and Shortz; weekend escapes for smaller groups at our two holiday houses.
In 2024, we’re excited to introduce 4 Suits getaways for participants over 25 and a SOCS Camp, specifically for siblings of young people with disability.
About You
- Experienced Leader: With a background in leadership, community services, allied health, or related fields, you bring a wealth of knowledge and a few years of impactful work.
- A strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects seamlessly.
- Deeply passionate about getting involved directly in Flying Fox programs!
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Leadership: Lead a passionate team of Program Coordinators to ensure flawless planning and execution of all Flying Fox programs. Foster an environment that encourages team growth, program innovation, and participant satisfaction.
- Provide strategic direction to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of program delivery.
- Innovation and Growth: We’re eager to expand our horizons with interstate and overseas trips and other creative ideas! Your innovation in developing new programs will be crucial in changing lives and making dreams come true.
- Solidify the organisational infrastructure to improve the scalability of our programs.
