In coordination with the Child Protection Officer, meet with Case Workers and physiotherapists on a daily basis to advise on cases requiring psychological care
Provide psychological support for children in need and the children with disability
Provide positive parenting sessions, in cases of reported child abuse (i.e. corporal punishment, neglect and/or emotional abuse)
Refer cases of children requiring case management to the CP Officer
Conduct service mapping of available MHPSS services and familiarize Case Workers with the services
Work in coordination with PSS workers
Attend technical workshops and trainings related to MHPSS
Assisting in the creation of any kind of project material, both technical and informational, in Arabic and/or Kurdish
Degree in psychology
Relevant training in child protection and PTSD
At least 2 years of experience in working with children as psychologist
Previous experience with NGOs
Previous experience with Refugees/IDPs children
Knowledge of case management
Fluent in Arabic, englishis an asset
Experience with children with disability
