Second step:
The deadline for submitting the Offers with all the required Documents will be BY 15 February, 2025
Please sign and stamp all attached documents and fill in the whole requested information (Prices, Delivery Date, total amount, and the validity of the quotation) before the deadline mentioned and submit to the following Email address: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Provide the quotation in USD or the exchange rate for another currency (Iraqi dinar or EURO).
Identify the payment terms by bank account. Send the bank account details on the official letterhead as mentioned in the EQR.
Please be sure to mention the Brand and the Origin for the Required materials Pictures /Catalogue of the items when in is relevant
