Job Overview
The Resettlement Program Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include review of Reception & Placement program (R&P) period and minor reports, implementation of R&P quality assurance processes, and administrative activities for the Headquarters’ Resettlement team. The Resettlement Program Coordinator implements quality control measures to ensure that client-level reports submitted for the Reception and Placement Program (R&P) are timely, accurate, and complete. The Program Coordinator develops tools and systems to track R&P quality assurance, ensure R&P core service data is comprehensively reviewed, and share programmatic information with other members of the Resettlement Team. This position reports to the Program Officer for Reception & Placement.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with R&P staff in field offices to ensure timely and accurate submission of R&P period reports, minor suitability studies, and follow-up minor evaluation reports.
- Design and implement monthly quality assurance review and training process across the IRC network.
- Analyze and interpret trends from R&P period reports, minor reports, and quality assurance review. Share information and suggested action plans with the Program Officer for Reception and Placement.
- Develop and maintain updated tools for R&P period reports, minor reports, and quality assurance.
- Provide administrative support for HQ Resettlement team including consolidation of payroll information, logistical support for conferences, and team collaboration documents.
- Support onsite and remote monitoring activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field of study preferred.
Work Experience:
- Relevant professional experience in human services field preferred
- Experience with IRIS and ETO program management systems preferred.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners.

Working Environment:
- Fully Remote
- Occasional domestic (non-local) travel required; up to 15%.
- May require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
