Introduction : SCOPE OF TENDER The primary objective of this assignment is to pilot climate change resilient agriculture and natural resource management practices in two (2) gram panchayats (GPs) in Muzaffarpur District of Bihar. The aim is to demonstrate integration of localized climate change science with traditional knowledge base to achieve enhanced climate resilience. It is also envisaged that through convergence of various development programmes, Climate Smart Village concept will also be demonstrated in each GP. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
