About the role
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Coordinator the Roster Clerk is responsible for inputting fortnightly staff rosters into the Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper, ensuring that all legislative requirements have been met and errors are identified and rectified. In this role, you will provide administration support to the Customer Service Coordinator and Residential manager and ensure that HR processes are maintained and followed in line with the employment lifecycle for each employee.
As well as providing support in smooth operation of the reception area, assisting residents, families and other staff at the facility.
What do I need for the role?
- Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and communicate effectively with staff, residents and the public
- Previous experience in rostering and using rostering software (i.e. Kronos desirable), with the ability to identify errors and maintain compliance
- Previous experience in referencing and/or interpreting an Enterprise Agreement or Award
- Demonstrated experience within a Residential Aged Care environment
