The RoleProvide comprehensive support to the Commercial Team regarding administrative duties.AutoReqId3525BRCompanySofina FoodsHours of WorkFull timeKey Accountabilities

• Monitor and track weekly sales figures
• Issue PAC forms
• Update SOFCO
• Promotion Plan forecast performance
• Retail Change Tracker information
• Monitor and track Marketing Spend
• Help with Tenders on customer specific Portals
• Completion of Customer New Line Forms / Contract wins
• Maintain internal Pricing System and record file (SAP/QAD)
• Issues Product Authorisation Change forms (PAC) to sites
• Compile Chilled Service update from all sites and distribute
• Attend internal NPD meetings across Chilled & Frozen

Skills and Experience Required

• A proven track record of working within a similar Commercial support role for a minimum of 12 months. (Within food would be ideal, Seafood an advantage.)

• A confident individual with excellent communication skills who can communicate at senior level.

• Able to work on own initiative and question the status quo

• PC literate & good knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

• Proven ability to deliver project support work to conclusion
