Location: Flockton House, with cover at Ryegate Children’s Centre and Welfare HouseWe have a fantastic opportunity to join our dedicated team, supporting the Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy Service at Sheffield Children’s. This is a rewarding and varied role where you will help ensure the smooth delivery of an important clinical service.You will provide comprehensive administrative support to our busy Speech & Language Therapy Team, working with clinicians, patients, and their families. This includes managing appointments, handling referrals, supporting data validation and contributing to wider projects across the service.About You:You’ll have GCSEs or equivalent experience, with an admin or secretarial background, and good IT and audiotyping skills. You will be detail focussed, enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team.Join a passionate team at the heart of a caring and innovative Trust. Your contribution will help children and families access the support they need.Interviews: 25th JuneMain duties of the jobReporting into the Admin Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:Provide high-quality administrative support following Trust policiesManage clinic bookings, appointments and referrals using SystmOne and other systemsHandle telephone queries and communicate with families and professionalsMaintain accurate records and databasesSupport the team with project work and general administrative tasksContribute to the preparation of therapy resourcesProvide cover at other service sitesAbout usAt Sheffield Children’s, our purpose is clear: to provide healthier futures for children and young people.
