JOB SUMMARY
The Guard is working under the Liaison & Security Officer, the Guard is responsible keep the MG Yemen
environment safe, ensuring compliance with MG internal policies and procedures as well as donor
regulations.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
- Remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
- Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
- Report to supervisors on a regular basis.
- Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
- Ensure the environment is safe and secure
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while
- Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to
- protocols
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- At least two years of experience in International Organizations.
- Flexible and follow the regulations and MG policies.
