Competitive JDRoss are currently supporting one of our clients in the energy space in their search for a Senior completions engineer.Job Functions:
Document detailed Basis of Designs for all well types (platform, TLP, subsea)
Develop operational programmes and budgets for completions, workovers and well interventions as required
Interface with key stakeholder to ensure deliverables are achieved
Optimise completions/testing/well intervention planning, costing and operations
Assist in the contracting process for completion equipment and services tenders
Ensure well material and service providers comply with specified quality assurance requirements
Monitor contractor operational readiness, equipment manufacturing, acceptance testing, quality assurance and service delivery
Assist in the management of the service contracts and contractor performance process
Ensure that all completion activities comply with Trident’s policies standards as well as all governmental and industry regulations / Best Practices.
Ensure that all work within the area of responsibility is adequately documented and lessons learned are captured for the benefit of future Trident operations worldwide
Participate in well and operations hazard assessments and HAZOP’s, compiling well risk register and well barrier reviews
Participate in Barrel Chasing efforts including high-level scoping (feasibility & cost) for potential projects
Hold and document Peer Reviews and Gate Meetings, as well as After Action Reviews as necessary.
