This role combines technical expertise in data analytics with business acumen to drive commercial decisions for Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line.What You Will DoDesign and develop automated reporting solutions using SQL/Python across Snowflake, Streamlit and/or Tableau to provide real-time insights into business performanceTransform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights through data visualisation and statistical analysisLead the development of self-service analytics tools to empower stakeholders across Disney Destinations InternationalAnalyse cross-channel performance metrics including web analytics, e-commerce data, and marketing campaign effectivenessPartner with stakeholders to define KPIs and create dashboards that drive business decisionsMaintain data quality standards and implement data governance practicesData Analysis & InsightLead complex cross-platform analysis combining data from multiple sources including website analytics, e-commerce transactions, marketing campaigns, and offline channelsDesign and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimise conversion rates and user experienceConduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across different markets and segmentsDevelop predictive models to forecast key business metrics and identify growth opportunitiesReporting & Dashboard DevelopmentBuild and maintain automated reporting solutions using Streamlit and/or TableauCreate interactive dashboards that enable stakeholders to self-serve their data needsDesign custom data visualisations that effectively communicate complex insights to wide audienceImplement data quality checks and automated monitoring systems to ensure reporting accuracyStakeholder Collaboration & Data GovernancePartner with business teams to understand their analytical needs and develop appropriate measurement frameworksServe as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering teamsGuide stakeholders in interpreting data and applying insights to business decisionsMaintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, transformations, and business logic in the Disney Parks EMEA Data DictionaryPlatform Management & InnovationAct as the primary subject matter expert for analytics platforms and toolsCollaborate with third-party vendors and agency partners to optimise data collection and reportingEvaluate and recommend new analytics tools and methodologiesLead the migration of legacy reports to modern data stack (Snowflake/Streamlit)Training and Professional DevelopmentOperate with integrity, champion change and be a good ambassador for DDI and the wider Walt Disney Company (TWDC)Operate as part of an effective and inclusive team by demonstrating an awareness of others; welcoming and valuing unique perspectives and ideas; offering support, sharing knowledge and best practices in order to contribute to overall departmental commitmentsTake ownership of your professional development through regular career conversations with your line manager and utilising available resources such as D Learn, instructor-led courses and on the job learningProactively suggest ways to improve departmental performance and processes, leveraging technological tools where applicableBuild links with other TWDC functions to develop broader knowledge of the businessPromote and maintain an inclusive workplace, championing diversity and inclusion and make use of available resources to extend knowledge and best practiceRequired Qualifications & SkillsCommercial experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or similar roleAdvanced SQL skills with proven experience querying large datasets in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake desirable)Strong statistical analysis background with focus on digital performance metrics and A/B testingDemonstrable experience building data pipelines and automated reporting solutionsExpert knowledge of digital analytics platforms, particularly Adobe Analytics & Google Marketing PlatformTrack record of translating complex data into actionable business recommendationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fieldExcellent analytical & numerical kills, including data interrogation and manipulationExperience with data visualisation tools and techniques, with platform experience in Streamlit or Tableau (desirable), or similar tools.Experience using SQL (essential) and Python (desirable), to manipulate data, extract insights and create/set up reporting from large volumes of data.Experience using cloud database (e.g. Snowflake)Experience with ETL and/or Data Modelling desirable (e.g. DBT, DataOpsLive)Experience with Version Control and documentation (e.g. Gitlab)Relevant experience in using statistical analysis to extract insights within and across data sets.Excellent communication, organisational, presentation and interpersonal skillsExperience with a diverse range of data sources including analytics and marketing platforms, e.g. Adobe analytics, Facebook, Google Marketing Platform.Flexible approach with a desire to support other parts of the businessDemonstrate expertise through adopting a proactive approach to problem solving, issue resolution and the identification of new approachesThe Walt Disney Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
