Senior Planner – ConstructionLocation: London (South)Company: Tier 1 contractor (Building)Salary: £85,000 – £95,000 plus car/allowance & benefitsThe Opportunity..Due to continued expansion an increase in workload, an excellent opportunity exists for a Senior Planner to join a highly successful tier 1 contractor. The successful Senior Planner will be required to work on a mixture of tenders and live projects ranging from £20m to £100m+ across a range of construction sectors.This opportunity would suit either an experienced Planner looking for the next step in their career or an established Senior Planner seeking a fresh challenge. Applications are also welcome from Site / Construction Managers that have a desire to move into a planning role.Key Requirements..

• Construction background with a minimum of 5 years Planning experience working for a main contractor.
• Exposure to a range of commercial construction projects including education, commercial, health, accommodation etc.
• Tender and live works planning experience.
• Proficient in Asta PowerProject software.
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• Educated to a high standard in a relevant subject (HND/Degree).
