Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership (Stafford)Location: StaffordSalary: £28,000 – £34,000 OTEWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pmSaturdays on a rota basisAre you passionate about customer service and the motor trade? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Service Advisor to join our busy and welcoming dealership team in Stafford.This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on delivering excellent service, and has a genuine interest in the automotive industry. If you take pride in ensuring customers receive the best experience from drop-off to collection, this could be a great opportunity for you.Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and assisting with their service or repair needs

• Booking in vehicles and raising job cards

• Keeping customers updated throughout the process

• Working closely with the workshop to ensure timely completion of work

• Identifying and upselling additional services where appropriate

• Ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role (motor trade experience is preferred)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude

• Comfortable using dealer management systems (training can be provided)

• A full UK driving licence
