We seek a talented and accomplished site engineer to join our growing business.

As a site engineer, you will manage projects, supervise the workers, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and implement project work plans according to defined outputs.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction units.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Compile accurate estimates for technical and material requirements.
• Evaluate construction operations and processes.
• Propose and implement design changes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Conduct a Test for the material and structural integrity.
• Integrate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans.
• Create graphical representations of proposed solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive proposal documents and presentations.
• Compile and present reports explaining project details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct engineering activities, assign tasks, provide training, and offer support.
• Create and manage work schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities.
• Collaborate with the project manager to align engineering activities with desired business outcomes.
• Work closely with agencies and organizations for collaboration.
• Perform any other tasks as guided by the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD
• Turkish nationality is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of construction operations, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design and project management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in the field and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
• High-level problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in Turkish, with very good proficiency in Arabic or English (written and verbal).
• Quick learner.
